Attorney Gino F. Peluso has been "helping local people get what they deserve" for more than thirty nine (39) years!
Education:

- Bachelor of Arts - English - Instructional I Teaching Certificate/Secondary English - Saint Vincent College - 1977.
Work History:
- Sole Practitioner - 1981 to the present;
- Prosecutor - Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office: 1983 - 1991;
- Legal Instructor - Westmoreland County Community College:1995 - 2001 and 2009 to the present;
- Paralegal Instructor - Computer Systems Institute/Paralegal Division: 1980 - 1981.
Court Admissions:
Attorney Peluso is licensed to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, The Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which authorizes him to practice before all Courts of Common Pleas within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including Westmoreland, Allegheny, Armstrong and Butler Counties, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, where he has prior experience with Superior Court Appeals, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

- Saint Thomas More Society of the Diocese of Greensburg - 2005 to the present.
He also contributes to the community through his involvement in local organizations, including the Lower Burrell Lions Club, where he previously served as President and was able to secure unanimous membership approval for the purchase of a "Ballistic Shield" on behalf of the Lower Burrell Police Department, New Kensington Knights of Columbus, as a Fourth Degree member, the Italian American Education Society and the Italian Sons and Daughters of America. He was also very honored to have served as Chairman of the Fourth Congressional District Military Academy Selection Committee, for West Point, the Naval and Air Force Academies along with the Merchant Marine Academy. Attorney Peluso was a member of this prestigious Committee for eight (8) years, and has also served on the Board of Directors of the Alle-Kiski Medical Center Trust, along with the Alle-Kiski Learning Center. He was a member of the Central Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce, and is a Lifetime Honorary Member of the Steel Workers Retiree Club, Local 1537, in Latrobe. Throughout his career, Attorney Peluso has continued to be very involved in alumni affairs at Saint Joseph High School, where he was selected as a banner carrier for his class during the school's 100th Anniversary, at Saint Vincent College, where he has the distinction of being the longest tenured President of the Saint VIncent Law Society, and the Duquesne University School of Law, where he served as President of the Duquesne Law Alumni Association, and received the prestigious Dr. John E. Murray, Jr. Award for service to the law school.
Meet Stacey L. Vincler
Stacey serves as Senior Paralegal in the office of Attorney Gino F. Peluso. She has twenty seven (27) years of experience in the legal field, including the last twenty five (25) years working with Attorney Peluso.
She received her Associates in Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Westmoreland County Community College in 1994. In 2004, she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from Point Park University. Stacey graduated from Point Park University Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA. As a result thereof, she was inducted into the Alpha Chi Honors Society . Stacey serves her community as one of the leaders for Girl Scout Troop 27156 in Lower Burrell. She also enjoys teaching Sunday School at her church and spending time with her family. Stacey resides in the local area, with her husband, Joe, and their daughter, Sabrina.
